Summer Swimming Lesson Registration
Summer Swim Lesson Registration will be Friday, May 18th, at the Springville Family Fun Night or you can pick up a registration form in the Springville Elementary school office.
Students age 6 (at registration) to completing 6th Grade are eligible
Monday - Friday July 9th – July 20th From 10:00 AM-10:50 AM
Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. A minimum of 40 students must register to ride the bus, or a bus will not be available. Registration is limited to 55 students and fees are nonrefundable. Parent volunteers are needed to ride the bus or the bus will not be available.
The bus will leave from the front of the high school at 9:35 AM and return approximately 11:15 AM.
Payment is REQUIRED at the time of registration.
Lessons = $25.00 Please make checks payable to Lawrence Community Center
Bus Fee = $12.00 Please make checks payable to Springville Schools
Registrations are due to the Springville Elementary School office by Tuesday, May 22nd.
